Belle Plaine Mayor Marla Morley graced us with her poise and presence- arriving to read the official Proclamation from the Governor recognizing the importance of Bartlett Arboretum and the great outdoors. Soil Sisters and Botanical Brothers gathered round the tree as the proclamation was being delivered.
